Meet The Agent: Connie Webb Of CENTURY 21 Bell

This week in our “Meet the Agent” series we get to know Connie Webb, a 25 year real estate veteran. Connie has made a name for herself in her hometown of Cheyenne, WY. She said, “Our office is small, but we have the highest per person production in the area. We really have the best team.”

We learned in chatting with Connie that Cheyenne is home to the world’s largest rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days. Read on for more fun facts and great advice from a true pro.

C21: How did you first get into real estate?

CW: I had two brothers in real estate I was looking to do something where I would have more of a flexible schedule. I was a single mom with five kids at home.

C21: How long have you been with the CENTURY 21 brand?

CW: I started with CENTURY 21 in 1988. I veered away when I moved towns, but I’ve mostly exclusively with CENTURY 21 Bell since 1995.

C21: Do you have a specialty area in real estate?

CW: I do mostly residential, with a little farm and ranch or land sales.

C21: What do you love most about Cheyenne?

CW: I love Cheyenne because I choose to live here. I am third generation Wyoming. I was born and raised here. I love the fresh air, the people, the small town atmosphere. I just love everything about Wyoming.

C21: How does your office promote locally?

CW: CENTURY 21 is a corporate sponsor for Cheyenne Frontier Days, which is the largest outdoor rodeo in the world. Our town quadruples in size during that event – over a million people come through. It’s such a huge thing for our office to be involved with. We’ve had big stars perform – Jason Aldean, Willie Nelson, George Strait, Toby Keith – it’s big exposure for our CENTURY 21 office.

C21: How do you market yourself online?

CW: I have a lot on the web actually. I have a few websites, but my main site is Move2Cheyenne.com. It’s integrated with the CENTURY 21 website. I use Market Leader too.

C21: What advice would you give to a new agent just started out in the business?

CW: Have patience. Do the right thing. Just follow the golden rule – treat others like you want to be treated.

C21: Anything else you’d like our readers to know?

CW:  CENTURY 21 is such a fabulous company to be involved with. They really back their people. Our broker, Linda Weppner, is a champion. She supports us 100 percent. Everyone loves, admires and respects her. She’s an awesome lady. Our office only has 16 people, but we have the best per person production in our area. Other offices have 60 -70 people, but aren’t doing business like we are.

C21: Why do you think that is?

CW: We treat our clients like friends. We make ourselves available. Since our office is small, if I’m not available, one of my colleagues will step in to help. We really work as a team.
