Former CENTURY 21 Owner Celebrates 100th Birthday

Today M. Marie Morgenson is celebrating her 100th birthday. A graduate of Dominican College in Racine, WI, Marie founded the first CENTURY 21 office in the state of Wisconsin. She opened CENTURY 21 Morgenson Realty in 1978 in the town of Racine where she had been a student.

Marie remained with CENTURY 21 Morgenson Realty even after the company’s sale in 1991. She retired eight years later in 1999.

A local real estate pioneer, Marie is also a world traveler, a mother to five children and a grandmother to eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

We thank you Marie for bringing the CENTURY 21 brand to the state of Wisconsin and we wish you a very happy birthday!

For those who live locally, Marie will celebrate her 100th during an open house in her honor from 1:00- 3:00 pm Saturday, December 8th, at Lake Oaks on Lake Michigan, 1916 Wisconsin Ave. Further information on the festivities can be found here.
