If we do it right, we get to do it again and again, earning our clients business for more than just one transaction but for repeat business and hopefully referral opportunities. Our “life cycle” of a client is much longer than, say, a grocery store, a restaurant, an airline or hotel chain, because people don’t buy and sell homes every day. It could be years before people get a chance to use us again.
