Giants Vs. Patriots: Our System Members Go Head-To-Head

One of the greatest advantages of being an international company is that we have offices everywhere. As the Super Bowl approached, we couldn’t wait to see which two teams would face off in the big game and who from the CENTURY 21 System would be cheering the loudest for their home team.

Earlier in the week we introduced you to Shereen Kulak, the managing broker of CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Indianapolis to hear all about the ways the city is preparing for Super Bowl Sunday. Today we interview two more System members, one Giants fan and one Patriots fan, to get their takes on who should bring home the title.

Representing the Giants: Mike Litzner, Broker/Owner, CENTURY 21 American Homes

C21: It’s Super Bowl week and your area of focus is Long Island, which is part of G-men territory! What makes this real estate market special and unique?

ML: The Long Island market offers close proximity to New York City with access to world class beaches along with top-notch schools.  The variety of housing choices allows for first time home buyers, condo & co-op offerings, an array of move-up home styles and luxury homes and estates!

C21: You’re a Giants fan. Do you have a game day ritual?

ML: Giants’ fans love a good tailgate! Cold beer and chicken wings are always a big hit!

C21: People say you can tell a lot about a person by the jersey they wear. Whose number do you wear?

ML: #10 Eli Manning – I have tremendous respect for the way Eli carries himself as a professional and always finds a way to get the job done!

C21: Have you ever been to a Giants game? What was your best memory of attending a game live?

ML: The Giants play at the Meadowlands which is always cold.  So, the pre-game ritual is very important to us Giants fans.  Making sure we have enough anti-freeze in us along with enough layers of warm clothes makes for a happy Giants fan.  But, nothing makes us happier than seeing our team earn a hard fought victory!

C21: How is CENTURY 21 American Homes planning to celebrate the big game?

ML: Unfortunately, CENTURY 21 American Homes will not be celebrating in Indianapolis!  We will be watching the pre-game shows with all the hype, the CENTURY 21 commercials, and the Giants imminent victory at a big house party!

C21: What about the CENTURY 21 Super Bowl commercial is most exciting to you?

ML: I’m excited about Donald Trump!  The guy is a marketing genius and a real estate mogul.  What better person to represent the CENTURY 21 brand?!

C21: Continue this conversation with Mike on the CENTURY 21 American Homes website or on their Facebook page.

Representing the Patriots: Kimberly Allard-Moccia, Broker/Owner, Century 21 Professionals

C21: It’s Super Bowl week and your area of focus is the South Shore of Massachusetts, which is part of New England Patriots nation! What makes this real estate market special and unique?

KAM: With such great interest rates, a reasonable inventory of well priced homes, combined with rising rental cost, and adding in the mortgage interest tax deduction, this market perfect for qualified buyers and serious sellers.

C21: You’re a Patriots fan. Do you have a game day ritual?

KAM:  No ritual really. We are serious fans and actually prefer to be around others that actually watch the game!

C21: People say you can tell a lot about a person by the jersey they wear. Whose number do you wear?

KAM: I don’t wear a particular person’s jersey, but I will have my red throwback hoodie with the classic New England Patriots logo on it, my 2011 AFC champions locker room hat and a special Patriots watch I received as a Christmas gift.

C21: Have you ever been to a Patriots game at Gillette Stadium? What was your best memory of attending a game live?

KAM: Yes, it was in the 2010 season, October to be specific,  and it was one of the warmest days of that month. We had great seats in the club section. The Pats won and that combined with the unseasonably warm weather for October in New England made it a great game. The stadium its self is something worth seeing and the pro shop is incredible

C21: How is CENTURY 21 Professionals planning to celebrate the big game?

KAM: We all have family and some with teenaged kids, so each of us will be promoting the CENTURY 21 brand during the day with our clients and then enjoying some family time at game time. Messages will be returned during the half time show : ).

C21: What about the CENTURY 21 Super Bowl commercial is most exciting to you?

KAM: It’s great to see one of the most recognized brands in the world side by side with one of the most recognized events in the world. When people think real estate, they think CENTURY 21. I love the emphasis on Smarter. Bolder. Faster. We may be the company that your parents used to buy their first house, but this series of ads shows that we are on the cutting edge and ready to handle the challenges buyers and sellers face in today’s market. To have names like Apolo Anton Ohno and Deion Sanders, well that’s just the icing on the cake!

Who are you rooting for on Sunday?
