CENTURY 21 Claims Mobile Marketing Prize At Stevie Awards
On Friday evening in New York City our Chief Marketing Officer, Bev Thorne, accepted the Stevie Award for outstanding mobile marketing on behalf of CENTURY 21 at the 8th annual Stevie Awards celebration honoring women in business. The Stevie Awards salute exemplary, positive achievements by individuals and businesses worldwide.
CENTURY 21 was awarded the top honor in the mobile marketing category for the brand’s partnership with ngmoco on the mobile game, We City. Players of the game viewed a branded welcome screen, could place CENTURY 21 branded structures in their in-game community and had the opportunity to watch a CENTURY 21 video while playing the game.
The results were a phenomenal success. More than 401,000 CENTURY 21 structures were placed in-game, averaging 4.32 CENTURY 21 buildings per user. Additionally, of those users that placed a building, 58 percent retained the brand message – a 40 percent positive change in awareness. According to the mobile app developer, Appsavvy, a normal change in awareness is only 18 percent. There were 301,599 views of the branded video and more than 5.4 million views of the branded welcome screen.
The partnership with We City cemented CENTURY 21′s commitment to mobile marketing and the importance of reaching the consumer where they are – online and on their phones. CENTURY 21 continues to be Smarter, Bolder and Faster.
Congratulations team!
