This week our own Chief Marketing Officer, Bev Thorne, was a featured guest on the marketing, media & advertising podcast Brand Fast Trackers. The host, Brian Martin, interviewed her about Century 21′s new marketing campaign which focuses on online, social and mobile platforms.

During the interview, Bev explains that in 2011 it is critical to “understand the individual consumer’s needs, likes and preferences.” She goes on to say, “the need to listen to consumers and to act on their feedback is greater now than ever before.” Century 21 is delivering on this approach via online, social and mobile platforms. This approach has proven highly successful for us, as Century 21 has seen a 248% increase in lead generation, year over year.
